Once you place your order with Origo you can expect your pallet(s) to be delivered within 6-10 working days.
24 hours prior to delivery you will receive a phone call to arrange a ‘delivery window’ which suits you. (Please note that it will not be possible to arrange a specific time)
In the event of a missed delivery, the full cost of your purchase will be refunded to you minus the cost of returning the pallet(s) to our warehouse. We will then be in touch to rebook your order.
All vehicles will be equipped with a tailgate and pallet pump. Only the delivery driver will be responsible for offloading the pallet(s)
In the event of a missed delivery, your goods will be held at a local delivery depot. We will then be on contact to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that a re-delivery cost will be applied and processed through www.origoglass.com.
Re-bookings will need to be scheduled within one week of missed delivery. After this you will be refunded the value of the goods, minus any costs associated with returning the goods to our warehouse.
